Why the Greece Jazz Band? His son Steve, Jr. played piano for the Greece Jazz Band his senior year, and he got him involved. He joined because he missed playing music in an ensemble, and Big Band music is a natural fit with his interest in ballroom dancing. He loves the band, and feels that the whole is greater than the parts. Steve enjoys the friends he has made and appreciates playing for a receptive audience.
